Hardcover. Very good book in a fair+/good– DJ. Text is clean & unmarked. Mild foxing throughout. One-inch tears to top & bottom edge of DJ in front; fine tattering of spine ends; sun-fading along DJ spine. Includes plates and fold-out map.

Paperback. Fair+/good- condition. Text is clean & unmarked & fairly tight; browned with age. Moderate cover/edge wear with multiple small creases along spine, front & back (no actual creasing of the spine, however). Creasing along lower edge in front & upper edge in back. Mild creasing/rubbing of both lower corners of cover, front & back.
Hardcover. Good. No DJ. Two dog-eared pages (27 & 29). Previous owner's stamp inside front cover & on inferior text block. Text is clean & unmarked; some yellowing with age. Sound binding. Mild soiling of boards; slight rubbing of corners of cover.
Softcover. Very good. Text is clean & tight & unmarked. Mild to moderate shelf wear with slight creasing (shallow) to upper corner front cover. Light pink discoloration of text block edges. Fine scratches of cover; slight bumping creasing of cover corners. No spine creasing.
