Vol 1—very good; small brown spot on superior text block; slight bumping to lateral edge of pp 85-109 Vol 1-2; Vol 2—very good; 2" shallow scrape of lower front cover; Vol 3—like new; Vol 4—near fine; tiny gouge of lateral edge of back cover; couple of tiny, faint spots on lateral text block; Vol 5—fine; slight bumping of bottom edge of p 239; Vol 6—near fine; tiny faint pink spot on lateral text block; Vol 7—fine; tiny tan spot on lateral text block. No dust jackets issued.
Hardcover. Fair in fair dust jacket. Marks/underlining on about 2 dozen pages. PO name written on ffep. DJ tattered along spine (see photo). Yellowing of pages with age. Very slight musty smell. Quite readable.
Softcover. Fair+/Good- Text is very good——clean & tight & unmarked. Heavy bumping of lower corner with creasing to cover & all pages. Lighter bumping of upper corner of cover & pages. "A49" written on front cover at bottom. Nameplate inside front cover. Mild yellowing with age. NOT ex-lib.
