Hardcover. Very good book for age in a fair+ DJ. Scant pen marks on four pages only (all within the Introduction). Yellowing of pages with age. Moderate to heavy wear to DJ with tattering/tears along top edge & sun-fading of DJ spine.
Hardcover. Very good overall. Text is clean & unmarked. (In this Kessinger edition—about half of the pages appear as copies of the original text on a darker background.) Mild to moderate shelf wear with several small dents on lower back cover. No DJ issued.
