Softcover. Good- Text is clean & unmarked. Sound binding. Some yellowing of pages & cover with age. Moderate shelf/edge wear to cover with bumping of corners & creasing to upper corner on back. Also, sound bumping of lower spine with subsequent creasing of back cover near spine. A very good reading copy.
Hardcover. Good- book in a fair- DJ. Minimal marks/underlining on 4 pages only (50, 53, 77, 78). Cloth boards are scuffed along upper & lower edges, front & back. Foxing of text block edges with rare foxing of interior pages. Small blue smudge on lateral text block (does not affect text). DJ shows heavy tattering along lower edge and almost complete sun-fading of spine.
Softcover. Good overall. Text is very good—unmarked, no highlighting or underlining. Cover, however, shows soiling & yellowing, especially along the spine. Corners are moderately worn. A good reading copy!
