Hardcover. Good book in a fair DJ. Text is clean & tight & unmarked. Small tear along lateral edge (with creasing) of pages 103 & 105. Mild yellowing of pages with age. Wear to DJ with a two-inch tear along top edge in front near spine; tattering/small tears along edges, especially at spine ends (please see photo).
