Two personal notes on front free end paper—one dated 1880, the other 1909. Hinges are intact—no cracking. End papers are moderately foxed. Scattered foxing/brown spots/toning throughout. No internal marks, underlining, or highlighting. Slight bowing of boards. One and one-half inch tear at bottom of rear free end paper. No DJ.
