Full leather. Good condition for age. Foxing/browning of text throughout. Water stain on title page and half title page and first page. The text block has only slight random age stains throughout. Page 451-452 has a four inch tear at bottom near gutter. Very slight crack in the center binding that makes four pages stick out by 1/32nd of an inch. A few tiny dots on fore-edge. Front hinge leather surface is cracked three inches near top of spine; wear & rubbing of cover corners & spine ends. Front & rear hinges are intact with some cracking, but no loosening. 502 pages plus catalogue.
